The Paeds Pelvic Health Circle

Africa

A community designed to help you grow your skills, build your referral network & strengthen paediatric pelvic health across Southern Africa.

Paediatric pelvic health is growing fast in Southern Africa —

but most therapists are working alone.

If you treat children with bladder, bowel or toileting challenges, you’ll know:

There’s not enough mentorship

• Reliable clinical support is hard to find

• The referral network is thin

• You often wonder if you're “doing the right thing”

• And you’re desperate for a place to discuss tricky cases

You’re not alone — and now you don’t have to work alone.

Not feeling isolated in this field

Hello There,

I'm Tasvi

I'm a physiotherapist for over 20 years with majority of these years spent working with kids in a special needs school.

My love for pelvic health developed 15 years ago and I initially started developing my skills in the field of adult pelvic health.

In the last 5 years I have really been able to move into paedaitric pelvic health because at the end of the day, kids are NOT mini-adults and it took me some time to figure out how to transfer and merge my knowledge of pelvic health and paeds.

My mission is to provide affordable training in with the African context in mind for physios interested in expanding their knowledge in the field.

At the end of the day, every patient you will work with is going to have a pelvis. I love the work I do in this field, and I would love to pass that knowledge on.

This community is important for me to be able to provide support for you but also for me to have support. We learn best from each other.

I look forward to you joining me on this pelvic health journey both personally and professionally.
